Jerry and Claire Hollis offer friendly and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in a wonderfully relaxing scenic region of Southern Germany. Ideally placed for a few days rest and relaxation en-route between the historic cities of Bavaria and the Czech Republic. Or for a long break for explore the scenery, culture and heritage of the Bavaria/Bohemia border region.

The English owners provide simply furnished en-suite bedrooms, a extensive buffet breakfast and friendly helpful advice on the attractions of the region, travel advice and more.

All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, liquid soap and shower gel, bed linen, towels, Wifi and local information file.

Guests can breakfast whilst enjoying wonderful views of the village and the forest beyond. The buffet  breakfast is typically German in style, with a choice of breads and fresh rolls from the village baker, butter, honey and homemade jams, cooked meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, fruit juices, teas, coffee (decaffinated tea and coffee available on request) and hot chocolate.

• Changeover day: flexible.
• Minimum stay: 1 Night, except christmas and New year holidays, 4 nights.
• Arrival time: between 4 and 7pm (if outside these times please let us know, so that we can ensure someone is available to meet you).
• Departure time: by 10am 
• Please adhere to these times so that we have enough time to clean rooms thoroughly between bookings.

  "Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality. There were 10 of us vacationing together (6 adults and 4 children). It was so helpful to have English/German speaking hosts who were able to help us plan our daily adventures in seeing the country. The service for breakfast and the accommodation were wonderful. This is a very beautiful and peaceful part of Germany and we liked everything in the area. I wish we could come here every year. Hopefully the children will come back someday. Thank you"
