- Laundry service for a small charge. Free use of ironing board and iron.
- Emergency toiletries are available to buy.

- Changeover day: flexible.
- Minimum stay: 1 Night, except during christmas and New year holidays, 5 nights and during February & Easter, 2 Nights.
- Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm (if outside these times please let us know, so that we can ensure someone is available to meet you).
- Departure time: by 10am
- Please adhere to the arrival and departure times so that we have enough time to clean rooms thoroughly between bookings.
- Please note, almost all restaurants are open over the Christmas period, although they all shut by 8pm on Christmas eve.
